These terms cover inspections, quotes and concrete lifting carried out by SolidLift Concrete Lifting LLC. They are written plainly on purpose.
Quotes
Quotes are free and written. A written quote holds for thirty days from the date on it.
- We quote after seeing the slab, never over the phone.
- If the ground under a slab turns out to be worse than it looked, we stop and re-quote before carrying on.
The work
We inject high-density foam through dime-sized holes, lift the slab back to grade, patch the holes and clean up the same day.
- Work is warranted for ten years against settlement, and the warranty transfers with the property.
- Patch marks where the holes were drilled stay visible. Lifting is a repair, not a resurfacing.
Payment and cancellation
Payment is due when the work is finished. Cancel or reschedule any time before the crew arrives and there is nothing to pay.
